Waveshare 5 inch
The ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-5: 5 inch, 800 × 480. It is the board of the Waveshare 4.3 inch with larger glass, so tiles and text come out a little bigger. Not the 5B, which has 1024 × 600 glass.

Like the 4.3 inch, this board's backlight has no levels, and on the 4.3 inch switching it on from dark drops the board's power so far that it restarts. So the screen stays lit, and has no brightness, standby, night or screensaver settings. An alert doesn't blink the backlight either.
Coming from the 4.3 inch package
A 5 inch that was installed as a 4.3 inch keeps working: the pins, the panel and the touch are the same. To get tiles and text at their intended size on the larger glass, change packages/waveshare43.yaml to packages/waveshare5.yaml in the screen's own YAML and install it again. Both have three by three tiles lying down, so the layout keeps its places.
Good to know
The board logs over its own USB port, without a separate serial chip.
