Quick start

Already at home in Home Assistant? This is all it takes.

1. Add the app. Add the repository to your Home Assistant with one click.

   Or add it by hand under Settings → Apps → app store → ⋮ → Repositories:

2. Install ESP Screen Manager, start it, and open ESP Screens in the sidebar.

3. Plug your screen into your Home Assistant machine with a USB data cable.

4. Click New screen, pick your screen, give it a name, and click Install.

5. Add it to Home Assistant when it shows up under Settings → Devices & services. Asked for a key? Copy it from Show the API key in ESP Screens. Then turn on Allow the device to perform Home Assistant actions under Configure.

6. Drag your tiles onto the screen and click Save & send.

That's it. Your screen shows your lights, heating and everything else within seconds.
