Presence / motion sensor activation of display
What would you like to add
One feature im missing from this project is the ability to register a presence or motion sensor to wake the display from screensaver mode.
I’ve been using ESPControl, and that has this option. When you enter the room the display turns on with the Home Screen. Exit the room and the display turns off, simple as that.
How this relates to Home Assistant
Turn on the display based on room presence.

That would be a nice addition. Although you can already do this with a simple automation and the 'wake' and 'sleep' function the screen exposes to HA.
What would also be really cool is if we can get the internal camera of some of these board working such that we can use them for motion detection.

I have the Guition 7" 480x480 display.
Having played around with it though, I might have been too hasty as what I want can be achieved by the wake and sleep functions as @Heronimonimo wrote, so maybe all I really need is an example in the documentation.
There's probably no reason to implement exceptions into the code when it can easily be achieved by a simple automation and some documentation.
