How this relates to Home Assistant
I have many displays around the house that show my glucose and trends. I anticipate replacing them with more Guitron screens in the future.

mdi:diabetes is in app 0.4.64 with firmware 0.39.0 (release notes), under Other in the icon picker, for a tile or the top bar. Thanks to @Heronimonimo, who added it in #160.
Update the app first, then the screens.
