Allow local builds - maybe via ESPHome Device Builder

Building, on a RPI 4, is takes a very long time.
It would be better to provide relevant files to build on the local desktop using ESPHome Device Builder

Add a commentHi, these is already possible over ESP Device Builder on another PC. Just take the *.yaml files from your HA instance and put it in the folder of your local PC.

Or even simpler. Go to your ESPHome dashboard in HA and start the compilation from there. Than it will use your remote build server if configured.
But yes, I would also be in favor that the add-on here also takes the same route as the ESPHome add-on by using the remote build server if available.

@mkn2108 as a first time user (ie for this and ESPHome), downloading a zip file, and then ESPHome Device Builder wanting a tar.gz (easy to do but is that correct?....).
