On Tap (Perform Action) - Turn on/off another entity

For example, I have a light group that contains loads of lights so that I can see if any lights are still on. I want this entity to be shown on the display, but I would like the tap action to trigger a script that turns lights off in a staggered way.

Basically I'd like the Perform Action option to have the ability to select another entity to action when pressed (toggle, on, or off).
