Longer answers to `ha_commands`

The tile asks call_service:todo.get_items through tessera::send. The answer is bounded() to ~3.2 KB, and every item carries a 36-char uid, status, summary, sometimes due and description, so only the first ~25–30 items reach the screen. todo.get_items has no offset, so the plugin can't ask for the rest.

Any of these would fix it: • as: texts in answers: a list of texts like numbers, so I can map [*].summary, [*].uid, [*].status, [*].due into parallel lists instead of objects (roughly twice as many items). • A slice of the list in the request, e.g. {"ask": ..., "from": 30} → the app bounds the answer starting at item 30, so a plugin can page through a long answer. • At the very least, a flag (or total count) when bounded() cut a list, so the tile can say "30+" instead of a wrong count.
