Add support for Lanbon L8-HS (3-relay variant)

I'd like to request support for the Lanbon L8-HS with three relays. I own this device and have tested it with ESP Screens / Tessera on ESPHome.

The display (ST7789V, 240x320) and FT6336 capacitive touchscreen work in landscape orientation. All three relays and the RGB lighting (red GPIO26, green GPIO32, blue GPIO33) work with a local YAML customization.

The tested relay GPIOs are GPIO12, GPIO14 and GPIO27. The touch coordinate transforms are set to swap_xy=false, mirror_x=true and mirror_y=true, with ROTATION_LANDSCAPE=270.

I'd like to share the configuration so other Lanbon L8-HS owners can use the same hardware features with Tessera.

Hardware testing

We often do not have this board ourselves. Community testing helps establish what actually works. A successful report is evidence for the maintainer to review, not an automatic compatibility claim.

Display and touch: T7789V, 240×320 display; FT6336 capacitive touch controller
Already tried: ESP Screens / Tessera running on ESPHome. Display and capacitive touch work in landscape orientation after adjusting the touch coordinate transforms. All three relays and the RGB lighting have been tested successfully through a local YAML customization. RGB colors map correctly.
