Top bar sync over different pages/displays

Currently, the top bar has to be configured individually for each page. There is an option to copy the bar to other pages, but it has to be done manually every time. Here are my suggestions:

1. A master top bar that applies to a configurable group of displays, and is kept in sync across all of them.

2. Extend the existing copy function so the bar can also be copied across displays. For example: copy one configured top bar to all pages on 5 displays.

Preferred is option 1 or both.
