Waveshare esp32s3-4b - Add speaker/Mic Support (and Mediaplayer in HA)

I submitted a pull request using a YAML override that I created to get the speaker working on the 4" Waveshare ESP32-S3.

I'm not very active on Github and I'm hoping that's the right way to submit that.

If not, the below code works for me in Tessera's YAML override. Hopefully it helps someone else.
