Expose Screensaver settings to Home Assistant as entities

I'd like to be able to change screensavers as entities in Home Assistant. What I'm trying to accomplish is to be able to toggle the clock screensaver on and off with an automation in HA. This way, at night I can switch to the clock and dim the screen (like the nest hub does) and when my morning routine fires it can switch it off again. I may also tie this in to a lux sensor and automate it with that. Being able to toggle camera view would also be useful so that HA could automatically set the camera if there's a trigger set up for it.
