Alert like popup window for voice_assist etc.

Hi. I'm working with screen which supports microphone only, i was able to develop plugin for voice asistant with just a microphone, but i'm missing a way to display assistant activity without wasting tile space, top bar is ok, but i think popup windows with alert style would be great for this. Please add plugin API for such popus which content can be managed from the plugin.
