Better timestamp support

I have one sensor that has device_class Timestamp and icon mdi:timer

HA show this entity by default as "1 hour" "n minutes" because it's a future timestamp for ETA

tessera now just consider the state as string and the value appear as "2026-10-31-T..."

the most important part that is minutes is not visible

As user I want to select the form to view my dates
