Favorite picker cuts Music Assistant folders at 48 items

When choosing what a favourite tile plays for a Music Assistant player, the picker only lists the first 48 items of a folder. My MA library has 61 playlists (via media_player.browse_media on media_player.ma_banomm), but the list stops at #48 ("Reading Chill Out"), so playlists further down the alphabet (e.g. "Sleep", #54) can't be selected. There's no paging or search to reach them.

Cause: media_library.folder_of() stops at LIMIT = 48. That matches Spotify's BROWSE_LIMIT, but Music Assistant returns the full folder, so the cap silently hides items.

Possible fixes: paging in the picker (the screen already pages), a search/filter field, or skipping the cap for players that return more than 48 items.

Workaround: export the layout, set interaction.play to {"id": "library://playlist/49", "type": "music", "title": "Sleep", "class": "playlist"} and import it again.
