Use ESPHome build server

Enable use of ESPHome build server. This has multiple advantages:

• ofloading compiling to a fast other machine
• being able to use Tessera and plugins with lighter HA machines when builds are done on another machine
• multiple builds in parallel possible when using multiple build servers
