Bluetooth proxy plugin for P4 boards

Boards with ESP32P4 have enough memory to run bluetooth proxy. Does require a up to date firmware for the ESP32C6 co-hosted processor that handles WiFi and Bluetooth.

Already running bluetooth proxy using the override yaml on my P4 boards.

Using the code below. Two things need to be checked still:

by how much does adding bluetooth proxy degrade the wifi performance because they use the same modem together
are there any settings in the bluetooth components that can be optimized to reduce any performance impact it has
