What about a lock function for the touchscreen?

Some CYDs and the Guition 4" have battery input. Which makes them perfect as a little remote for your hole home. In that case, it would be great to have a lock function for the touchscreen. This would also be very useful, for people with a toddler at home. My daughte plays around with the screens sometimes.

This could be a plugin, which locks the screen in standby until you press and hold a specific area of the screen, or swipe a bar from left to right. With a button on the start screen to enter standby mode, one could easily lock the screen.
