Each screen has two entries in esphome

I successfully deployed my first screen in Tessera and works perfectly. In the Home Assistant ESPhome builder page I noticed two entries related to this screen, one named Werkkamer with the hostname werkkamer.local and one named werkkamer.local with the hostname werkkamer.local.local. The first one has ESP config entries in the yaml file, the latter has an empty yaml file. Can the latter entry be deleted?
