Xiaomi Smart Clock

I'm looking for a way to add implementation on this for the Xiaomi smart clock - unfortunately it's an android device, but is there an API endpoint to get the data from on my home assistant instance and have my device - with a 4in touchscreen, mic and speakers - emulate the calls of one of the devices?
